Consulting Support

VSSI provides consulting support for the VPARS, VTAPE, and ShadowDisk/Z products.  This fee-based service provides the customer with expert assistance in the installation and deployment of VSSI products in the customer’s enterprise, and serves as a valuable adjunct to in-house IT personnel. Services can be contracted on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis.

Product Training

VSSI product training provides a comprehensive set of courses on VSSI product installation and use. The training classes provide the enterprise with the ability to quickly understand:

  • Product installation requirements and procedures
  • Product configuration options
  • Product usage scenarios by the developer community
  • Issue reporting and issue resolution
  • System upgrade scenarios

The training courses typically require only a few hours; customer cost is based on the anticipated number of attendees.
