Please be advised on Saturday April 17th 2021 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 EDT VSSI will be undergoing Planned Network Maintenance to improve our ISP, Hardware, and Network Services. During this maintenance window our FTP/SFTP/HTTP Server will be unavailable. Our website will be unaffected during this maintenance period. Along with better Networking Services comes a few changes that we need to convey ahead of time. Some of our customer facing service’s Public IP Addresses will change.
Specifically our “Customer Support FTP System” will be moved from IP: 220.127.116.11 to IP: 18.104.22.168. However the system will still be accessible at FTP.VSOFTSYS.COM.
Due to high security best practices any customer with egress firewall rules only permitting access to 22.214.171.124 will need to make sure to permit egress access to 126.96.36.199. Failure to do so will result in the inability to reach our system at its new IP address. If you are unable to reach our FTP/SFTP/HTTPS System, then you have come to the correct place. Please advise your NOC, Firewall, or Security Team of this change, so they can make any relevant egress changes on your side.
